The discussions also contributed towards the development of a national roadmap and working framework that integrates science, technology, research, and innovation into disaster preparedness, response, adaptation, and long-term resilience planning. Through BICOST X, NASTEC aims to strengthen multi-stakeholder collaboration and promote the role of science and technology in building a resilient, sustainable, and future-ready Sri Lanka.
