YSF Webinar: Make impossible possible: in the context of research in the global south

The 2^nd webinar of a series of online knowledge sharing sessions organized by the Young Scientists Forum (YSF) of the National Science and Technology Commission (NASTEC) for the fourth consecutive year of 2024, was held on 27^th June 2024 under the title ‘Make impossible possible: in the context of research in the global south’. The webinar was focused on how to achieve the capacity to carry out high quality research and Prof. Renuka Attanayake, Department of Plant and Molecular Biology, Faculty of Science, University of Kelaniya, addressed the online audience as the guest speaker and resource person. Dr. Sumudu Mapa, Department of Biosystems Technology, Faculty of Technology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura coordinated and moderated the session. The webinar concluded successfully after a Q&A session and more than 50 participants joined the session.
